Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MuggleLink (the "Service"), operated by ROZO LLC ("MuggleLink", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered at 732 S 6th St Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

MuggleLink provides a single, OpenAI-compatible API that forwards requests to third-party AI model providers. You top up an account balance with a supported payment method, and each API call deducts from that balance at published per-token rates shown on our Models & pricing page. We do not train, host, or fine-tune the underlying models ourselves — we operate the billing, authentication, and routing layer in front of upstream providers.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, whether or not you authorized it, except where that activity results from our failure to secure your account. Notify us immediately at support@mugglelink.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a leaked API key. You must verify your email address before you can add credits to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying model provider;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or authentication controls;
• Resell API access without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service or its infrastructure; or
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product using our infrastructure without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, including forfeiting any promotional credits, without refund.

4. Credits, billing, and non-refundability

Credits purchased on MuggleLink are AI API credits used exclusively to pay for API usage within the Service. Credits:

• are billed and consumed in fractional amounts based on exact token usage at the rates published on the Models & pricing page at the time of the request;
• are non-refundable once consumed — see our Refund Policy for the process to request a refund of unused credits;
• are non-transferable between accounts; and
• have no cash value outside the Service and can only be used to pay for API usage, or refunded for the original purchase amount under the process described in our Refund Policy.

Credits do not expire. The price shown to you at checkout is the exact amount charged — we do not add hidden fees.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service depends in part on third-party upstream model providers, whose availability, output quality, and pricing are outside our control. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption when we do.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights to the content you submit as input and the output you receive, subject to the terms of the underlying model provider where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROZO LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; any remaining unused credits may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy unless the termination was for abuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
